Themed online discussion group for autistic women

Our online discussion group gives autistic women the chance to discuss different aspects of autism, and share their experiences.

What we offer

The online discussion group provides a safe space for autistic women to meet each other, talk about their experiences of being autistic, and support each other.

Each month’s group has a theme. Recent themes have included:

Autism and identity
Autistic masking
Understanding and managing sensory issues
Disclosing your diagnosis
Use of time
Autism and women

How it works

This online discussion group is held monthly on a Wednesday evening 7pm to 8.30pm, via Zoom video call.

The groups are open to autistic women who:

Either have a formal autism diagnosis or who self-identify as autistic
Are aged 18 and over
Live in Worcestershire or Shropshire

Our online groups are led by Sara.

The group is free of charge.
