All roles are appointed on a self-employed basis. Pay rates will be discussed on enquiring. Successful applicants will be subject to right to work and DBS checks, and will need to complete relevant training.

Women's Online Discussion Group Lead
Monthly group (schedule TBC) – Online
An online discussion group for autistic women aged 18+.
About the Role
We are seeking a Group Lead to facilitate a monthly online discussion group for autistic women. Discussion topics are developed collaboratively with group members and may include areas such as masking, sensory experiences, burnout, unwritten social rules, relationships, and managing anxiety.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop topics for discussion in collaboration with group members (topics may include areas such as masking, sensory experiences, burnout, unwritten social rules, relationships, managing anxiety)
- Manage online attendance and registers
- Facilitate conversations amongst group members during the group
- Attend occasional catch-up meetings with the Aurum team and team meetings with other group leads
Worcester Women's Social Group Support
Monthly group on Thursdays, 6:15–8:15pm: Worcester
A face-to-face social and games group for autistic women aged 18+.
About the Role
We are looking for a Group Support Worker to help run a relaxed monthly social and games group for autistic women aged 18+, held in a private room at a local board games café.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrive at 6.15pm to brief with colleagues for a 6.30pm start
- Support group lead with running the session
- Facilitate conversations amongst group members and encourage engagement
- Support members to purchase food and drink if required
- Some individual support may be required if a group member is upset or overwhelmed
- Tidying up after the session and debrief with staff team (8.15-8.30pm)
- Some communication with family members when dropping off/picking up may be required.
Kidderminster Girls' Group Support
Fortnightly group on Thursdays, 5:45–7:45 pm
A face-to-face social and activity group for autistic girls aged 10–18.
About the Role
We are looking for a Group Support Worker to assist the group lead in delivering a fun and supportive activity session for autistic girls aged 10–18. Activities typically include games, arts and crafts (e.g. diamond art, pottery painting, card making, mini mosaics, beaded bracelets, cake decorating). This role would ideally be filled by an autistic woman.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrive at 5.45pm to help set up room for a 6pm start
- Support group lead with leading the activity
- Facilitate conversations amongst group members
- Some individual support may be required if a group member is upset or overwhelmed
- Activities generally include - games and art and craft (i.e., diamond art, pottery painting, card making, mini mosaics, beaded bracelets, cake decorating, etc.)
- Tidying up after the session and debrief with staff team (7.30-7.45pm).
- Some communication with parents when dropping off/picking up is likely to be required.
Malvern Girls' Group Support
Fortnightly group on Tuesdays, 5:30–7:30 pm
A face-to-face social and activity group for autistic girls aged 10–18.
About the Role

Person Specification (all roles)
Required
- Autism knowledge and understanding
- Understanding of safeguarding
- Good communication skills
- Reliable
Desirable (for group lead/co-lead roles)
- Lived experience of neurodivergence
- Lone working experience
- Management experience
- Previous experience as a teacher/counsellor/mental health nurse/coach etc.
